I'm an artist in the UK, I have been a freelancer since 2016 and grown to understand the importance of communication and honesty in customer care.
You can contact us any time with any queries or issues and we will do our best to achieve a result everyone is happy with.
We always accept feedback and questions in regards to our website, service and products. If a product breaks for what ever reason, contact us and we may be able to provide you with a part or replacement that you can use to quickly fix or replace your item to continue getting value out of the money you spent.

We know that the environment is as important to you, as it is to us, so we prefer to fix items that break to prevent them going to landfill, so please do contact us to see if your particular product has replacement parts available.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

If you are a retailer and wish to stock some of our products in your shop, please contact us using the contact form and provide us with the name and location of your shop, which products you are interested in and what quantities you were considering, we can then talk to you about a quote for wholesale.

Data we may store:
Name and address for postage or Invoicing purposes.
Data shared by Paypal with me, for payment and tax purposes.
Email or Usernames for contact and payment purposes.


How we store your data:


Any data kept is stored with in third party platforms including but not limited to; Paypal, Gmail, Telegram and Google Drive, Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Picarto, Twitch or any other platform you may have contacted me by or paid me with. This stored data will only be accessible by me or the owner of the data.
These platforms store your data and have their own privacy policies, please read their policies if you are concerned about what data they keep on you.
Paypal can store invoices, names and addresses.
Gmail, Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Picarto and Twitch may store your email address and any data you have provided me via communication.
Google Drive may be used to store your email address, home address, name, username and commission details.

Data you share with me will be password protected at all times and any physical data will be kept in a locked premises.
 

Sharing your data:


Your data will not be shared by Olivitree (Olivia Suzanne Tuppen) with third parties unless required to do so by law or to ensure we can provide you the service you are paying for.
Third parties we may share your data with and why:
Wix – This website is create through Wix, many of the services provided here require Wix to store your details, these details are stored with in their servers and governed by their privacy policy.
Couriers – Your home address and name you have provided us will be on your package upon mailing.
Paypal or banks – Your email or payment/bank details may be shared with my bank or paypal so you can pay for the selected service.
Gmail or other email systems – I will use your email address, usually with Gmail to contact you if required.
No data will be shared with any other third parties without your prior knowledge.

 

Request for removal of data:


If you wish to have any of your data removed from any of our methods of storage, please send an email to olivitree@gmail.com and we will do our best to clear all of your stored data from any platforms I can do so on. You will have to contact each platform separately if you have an account with them if you wish for them to remove your account and any data they store.
