SHIPPING POLICY

We primarily use royal mail to ship your items, their prices vary depending on weight and how quickly you want it to arrive. You can see their pricing structure Here.
 

For some items, we may use tracked delivery, particularly purchases that are particularly heavy or valuable, in some cases, we may ask for a signed for delivery to make sure your parcel gets to you safely!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital commissions:


No returns upon full or near full completion of a piece.

Correction of errors according to feedback specification available, first 5 minor changes and 1 large total change FREE provided changes at the sketch stage. Reference sheets have double these numbers free.
Further changes or changes during the colouring and rendering stages may be available but could be subject to a fee.

Updates may be given at each major step or to work out a change.

Refunds available by negotiation based on percentage of piece completed, no refunds available if piece entirely completed.

Traditional commissions:


Returns by negotiation, if piece is agreed as completed upon seeing photo of completed item, no returns. 


If damaged in transit, refund available upon return of the item. If repairs are possible, a replacement part may be possible to be sent out, or, the item may be repaired and sent out again at no extra cost. Please contact me if item has been damaged in transit.

Returns and refunds: Returns available for full refund excluding postage on undamaged items.


Item should be returned in original or similar packaging to ensure safe transit.

Damaged items:  

Repairs may be available, please contact me for information, we may be able to send you an easy to replace item to fix your product, depending on what it is.
 

Refunds available if item arrives damaged in transit, proof of damage required, please contact me via the contact form.
